The Flip It deck Project Management: Agile & Scrum (code IY7520, 76 cards) has a slightly misleading name. Only about half of it is agile. The other half is classic, plan-driven project management — CPM, PERT, PMBOK, earned value. That is good news if you are preparing a PMP or CAPM exam, and something to know in advance if you came only for Scrum.

Two vocabularies in one deck

The cards arrive in four blocks: predictive PM (cards 1–16), agile and Scrum (17–53), predictive again (54–68), then a short Scrum recap (69–76). Study it as two decks and the whole thing gets easier.

FrontBack
Critical pathThe sequence of activities with zero float, determining minimum project duration
WBSWork Breakdown Structure — hierarchical decomposition of project work into manageable tasks
Scope creepUncontrolled expansion of scope without adjusting time, cost and resources
Sprint in ScrumA time-boxed iteration (usually 1–4 weeks) producing a working product increment
Velocity in ScrumHow much work a team completes in a sprint, measured in story points
Spike in AgileA time-boxed research activity to answer a question before committing to work
WIPWork In Progress — Kanban limits the number of active items to improve flow
Technical debtThe implied cost of future rework from choosing a quick solution over a better one
RACI matrixWho is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed for each task
Empirical process controlDecisions based on observation and experimentation rather than upfront planning

You will also cover: the Iron Triangle, project charter, milestones and deliverables, stakeholders, project sponsor, baselines, float, PMI and the PMBOK Guide, the five process groups, the waterfall model, change management, QA versus QC, earned value management, risk management, kickoff and lessons-learned sessions, the four Agile Manifesto values, Product Owner, Scrum Master, product and sprint backlogs, user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, Definition of Done, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, retrospective, increments, story points, planning poker, burndown and burnup charts, timeboxing, Kanban, CI/CD, pair programming, TDD, refactoring, MVP, SAFe, self-organization and cross-functional teams.

Study the seam, not the middle

Duplicates cluster where the blocks were stitched together. Card 2 (three primary constraints) and card 67 (Iron Triangle) are the same answer; card 33 and card 69 both define the retrospective; card 20 and card 74 both define Scrum. Keep the version that names the mechanism and suspend the other — you will cut roughly six cards and lose nothing.

Two backs are pre-2020 Scrum

This matters if you sit a Scrum exam. The deck says Scrum has three roles including a "Development Team", and that the Daily Scrum asks three questions. The 2020 Scrum Guide dropped both: there is now one Scrum Team with three accountabilities (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers), and the daily meeting has no prescribed questions — the team simply inspects progress toward the Sprint Goal.

Which points to the real gap: Sprint Goal and Product Goal are nowhere in the deck, even though the 2020 Guide makes them two of the three commitments alongside the Definition of Done. Write those three cards yourself before your first review session. They are guaranteed exam items, and they are the glue that makes the rest of the Scrum vocabulary coherent.
