Marketing exams love acronyms: 4Ps, 4Cs, 7Ps, STP, DAMP, PESTLE, PLC, ROMI. Knowing what the letters stand for is step one; knowing why the 4Cs replaced the 4Ps, or which promotional method dominates B2B, is what earns marks. The Flip It deck Marketing: Digital & Traditional (deck code NE9292, 137 cards) covers frameworks, segmentation, B2B vs B2C and about 40 named marketing types. Here is a memorization plan built around its actual cards.

Study tips specific to this deck

Learn the 4Cs as answers to the 4Ps, not as a separate list. The deck has four "X vs Y" cards for exactly this: consumer vs product, cost vs price, convenience vs place, communication vs promotion. Review them as pairs and you also get the "why" cards for free (the 4Cs answer the inside-out criticism of the 4Ps and fit the move from mass to niche marketing).

Turn the B2B/B2C cards into a two-column contrast table. Roughly 15 cards compare the two on demand, promotion, negotiation, distribution, volume, formality and leasing. Recreating that table from memory once is worth more than flipping the cards individually.

Group the marketing types by channel logic. Attraction (content, inbound, SEM), amplification (viral, word-of-mouth, influencer, guerrilla), retention (loyalty, relationship, email remarketing, database), audience (multicultural, destination, agricultural, global). Four buckets hold nearly 30 cards.
