Korean office vocabulary looks intimidating until you notice that most of it is built from a few dozen Chinese-derived syllables. The Korean Business Vocabulary deck (code AC2487, 332 cards) runs from Business → 사업 to Test → 테스트, covering the whole life of a company: hiring, finance, contracts, logistics, marketing and governance. Here is how to learn it efficiently.

What the deck covers

Operations: 공급망, 물류, 유통, 조달, 재고, 주문, 배송, 선적. Legal and governance: 계약, 합의, 규제, 준수, 윤리, 특허, 상표, 저작권, 지적재산. Project language: 마감, 일정, 이정표, 산출물, 출시, 시연, 프로토타입.
Tip 1: learn by root, not by list order
The deck is an English frequency list, so related words are scattered. Regroup them by Sino-Korean syllable and each new root unlocks several cards at once:
- 업 (業, business): 사업, 기업, 산업, 업무, 실업, 기업가
- 자 (者, person): 관리자, 투자자, 경쟁자, 소비자, 사용자, 계약자
- 성 (性, -ness): 효율성, 생산성, 전문성, 투명성, 지속가능성
- 수 / 출 (in / out): 수입 vs 수출, 수요 vs 공급
Also tag the loanwords (매니저, 프로젝트, 마케팅, 피드백, 벤치마크...). They are free points, but notice that many Sino-Korean twins exist: 비즈니스 / 사업, 프레젠테이션 / 발표.
Tip 2: fix the collisions and a few backs
About 25 Korean words appear as the answer to two or three English fronts: 직원 (employee/staff), 고객 (client/customer), 거래 (deal/transaction), 주식 (stock/share), 문제 (problem/issue), 평가 (evaluation/assessment), 전문가 (professional/expert/specialist), 계약 (three cards). Reverse review (Korean → English) is impossible for these, so either keep the deck one-way or add a context note on the front.
A few backs deserve rewriting: an invoice in an office is usually 청구서 or 인보이스 (송장 leans toward shipping documents), a business challenge is more often 과제 than 도전, profit margin is 이익률 or 마진, and a contractual penalty is 위약금. Also note that the romanization spells letter by letter (ta-gis for 타깃, which sounds like tagit; 합의 sounds like habi), so learn the pronunciation from audio, not the hint.
Where to go next
This deck assumes you already handle intermediate Korean. If not, start with Korean B1 vocabulary, which shares the same frequency-list design.
