Nobody remembers the Greek word for stapler from their trip to Crete. They remember ordering σουβλάκι at a ταβέρνα, saying Γεια μας! over a glass of ούζο, and asking for the λογαριασμός at the end. The Flip It deck Greek Travel & Food Vocabulary (deck code VQ2008) is 154 cards of exactly that: the words you will actually use between the airport and the dinner table.

How to memorize it in a week
Skip the alphabet drills for now. Instead, run the deck in three passes:
Pass 1 - sound only (days 1-2). Cover the Greek text and work from the pronunciation hint. Say Neró, Psomí, Krasí, Kafés out loud until they feel like words, not spelling puzzles. Flip It's spaced repetition will bring back the ones you miss.
Pass 2 - match sound to script (days 3-5). Now read the Greek. Because you already know how each word sounds, the letters decode themselves: you will notice that Ψ is always ps (Ψωμί, Ψάρι, Ψητό), Χ is a throaty h (Χταπόδι, Χυμός, Χωριάτικη), and ΝΤ at the start of a word sounds like d (Ντομάτα, Ντολμάδες).
Pass 3 - build orders (days 6-7). Combine cards into things you would actually say: Ένα νερό, παρακαλώ (a water, please), Τον λογαριασμό, παρακαλώ (the bill, please), Χταπόδι στα κάρβουνα (grilled octopus).
Two tips specific to Greek menus
Learn the dish names as Greek words, not as English loanwords. You already know gyros and tzatziki, but the deck teaches you where the stress falls: Γύρος is YEE-ros, not JY-ros, and Τζατζίκι is tza-TZEE-ki. Getting the stress right is the difference between being understood instantly and repeating yourself three times.
Group the pastries by the word πίτα. Σπανακόπιτα (spinach pie), Τυρόπιτα (cheese pie) and plain Πίτα share the same root. Once you spot the pattern, half the bakery counter becomes readable, and the same trick works for -σαλάτα (Ταραμοσαλάτα, Μελιτζανοσαλάτα, Χωριάτικη σαλάτα).
