Corporate Russian is the easiest register of the language to start with, because so much of it is borrowed: менеджер, маркетинг, бюджет, аудит, логистика. The hard half is native and unguessable — сделка, убыток, поставщик, закупки. The Russian Business Vocabulary deck (code VU4933, 328 cards) covers both, as a plain English-to-Russian glossary with a transliteration in brackets on every back.

What the 328 cards give you
The deck runs through thematic blocks rather than alphabetically: company structure (отдел, филиал, штаб-квартира, совет директоров, кадры), meetings and documents (встреча, собрание, отчёт, соглашение, презентация), finance (прибыль, налог, актив, обязательство, дивиденд, денежный поток, оборотный капитал, рентабельность инвестиций), sales and market (рынок, спрос, предложение, доля рынка, скидка, реклама), HR (наём, увольнение, повышение, зарплата, льгота, испытательный срок, фриланс), operations and logistics (склад, закупки, доставка, отправка, производство, запас), law and governance (закон, соответствие, полномочия, авторское право, торговая марка, франшиза), and change management (внедрение, запуск, отсрочка, продление, прекращение). Job titles are there too: финансовый директор, операционный директор, технический директор, предприниматель, акционер, подрядчик.
Drill it in one direction only
Dozens of Russian backs are shared by several English fronts: Goal and Target both give цель, Objective and Task both give задача, Decision and Solution both give решение, Evaluation and Assessment both give оценка, Productivity and Performance both give производительность, Penalty and Fine both give штраф, Revenue and Income both give доход, Manufacturing and Production both give производство. Reviewing this deck Russian-to-English is therefore unwinnable — several answers are always correct. Keep it English-to-Russian, which is the direction you actually need when speaking.
One of those overlaps is genuinely useful: предложение is proposal, suggestion and supply (as in supply and demand). Learn it as one word with three business senses instead of three separate cards.
Add the grammar the deck leaves out
Every back is a bare nominative singular, but business Russian almost never happens in the nominative: на встрече (at the meeting), в отделе (in the department), договор о поставке (supply contract), по результатам аудита (based on the audit results). Write the gender on each card the first time you see it — прибыль and ответственность are feminine despite ending in a consonant, and переговоры has no singular at all. Then make a second pass adding one prepositional phrase to each of the twenty words you actually use.
Finally, trust the Cyrillic, not the brackets. Three transliterations are mistyped: вознаграждение appears as voznagrazhdenies, пересмотр as peresmor, and подрядчик as pod-ryadchik with a Cyrillic р smuggled in. Once you can read the alphabet, hide the brackets entirely — see Expand Your Russian to B1 for the case forms that turn this glossary into sentences.
The deck is VU4933 — Russian Business Vocabulary in the Flip It library.
